Call this number anytime to reach trained counselors who can provide emotional support and assist in directing you to additional resources for treatment. This lifeline helps you through any mental health challenge, not just thoughts of suicide.

Panhandle 2-1-1 offers resources for Substance Abuse and Mental Health needs for our community as well as basic needs such as utility assistance, emergency shelter, and food pantries. Call 2-1-1 or 850-892-HELP (4357) to speak with a trained resource.
