Parking is permitted in private driveways and marked parking spaces throughout the Cypress Breeze Community. Parking is prohibited on the grass, in pine straw, on sidewalks, or pathways.

Owners may obtain an exception to park at the pool by emailing the CAM with dates requested and reason for exception. 

A Towing Contract is in place with Destin Tow Brothers.  If your vehicle is towed, contact:

Walton county provides Twice (2) weekly garbage, once (1) weekly yard waste, once (1) monthly bulk item collection.  Waste Management is the contracted vendor. 

Trash days in Cypress Breeze are Mondays and Thursdays.  Yard waste days are Tuesdays. View the Bulk waste calendar for our community HERE.

View the Waste Management (WM) Holiday Schedule to view days where trash will not be picked up.  Per the WM site if the regular collection day for trash, yard waste, or bulk falls on a holiday, the waste will be collected on the next regularly scheduled collection day.

The WM website provides the following guidance.

Place carts at the curb by 5 a.m. on collection days. Keep at least four feet from parked cars, mailboxes and other obstacles that may prevent WM team members from picking it up. Please remove all carts from the curb as soon as possible after collection.
